The Hawkesbury River is one of the longest rivers in eastern Australia and is navigable for some 110 km. Over 1,100 km of foreshore fringe the Hawkesbury River. Large areas of rugged sandstone country have been dedicated to National Parks like the Ku-ring-gai Chase on Cowan Creek and Marramarra on Berowra Creek. The relatively undisturbed bushland together with the striking sandstone scenery, spectacular gorges and cliffs provide a magnificent backdrop for a houseboat holiday.

Along the river you will find various sandy beaches, quiet inlets and picnic areas to help you enjoy your visit to one of Sydney best waterways.
